Happy Birthday!

Happy 1st Birthday to sparklingexpressions!

It was exactly 1 year ago to the day that we held our very first trade show.  And what a year it has been since then. There has been plenty of new additions and changes and we have had the opportunity to take part in many great local and regional vendor events and trade shows, spreading the word on what we are about, as well as sharing our vinyl expressions, crafts and DIY kits.

It feels like a few weeks ago, our first trade show, but glancing about and taking look at all the new changes since then is a nice reminder of how we have grown. We have grown from a few simple colours to a full line up of over 60 matte finish wall safe colours, a select few glossy exterior vinyls, as well as our sparkling metallics and repositionable and removable chalk film. We have also added many crafting ideas in the form of DIY wine glass kits, as well as teacup kits, charger kits and Custom Christmas Ornaments. We also started to share our rhinestone motifs to add that sparkly flare, and continued to grow our vehicle logo and lettering line. All the while we continued to offer truly customized vinyl expressions, logos and decor that meet the customers needs, wants and desires. If that was not enough we also went out and licenced a lot of new expressions and designs from some very top notch designers and artists and introduced various wedding
applications ranging from wineglasses, dance floors , tumblers and hangars. So with that, today we smile, reflect on the last year, and take a few moments to wish our growing little business a Very Happy 1st Birthday.

Faerie Magic and Enchanted Forests Come To Brockville

Faeries, glitter, wands and magic found a home in Brockville this weekend at the St. Lawrence Park and what an enchanted event it was. sparklingexpressions was thrilled to have had the opportunity to take part in the second annual Faeries in the park event and we can not wait to take part in next years event. A big thank you goes out to New Leaf Wellness and Stephanie Forgues for putting on such an amazing and fun day for all. The Faeries smiles, joy, dancing, wands and magic kept the rain clouds away once again this year.

Little Hoola Hooping Faeries and Mark of sparklingexpressions applying glitter

sparklingexpressions would like to thank all the little faeries who made it out today and to all the moms and dads who stopped by to see what we have to offer, it was great to meet you all. The glitter was in full force and we had an absolute blast decorating and adding even more glitter to all the faeries big and small, young and old. With the rain clouds hovering about all day and the sun playing hide and seek with the faeries we were glad to have been sharing our tent with TEAroma, who was offering  both hot and iced teas for a delicious and healthy refreshment.

Second Annual Fairies in the Park

sparklingexpressions is thrilled to announce that it is that time of the year! The second annual Fairies in the Park event in Brockville, Ontario is upon us and the St. Lawrence Park is about to become enchanted and full of  magic. If you missed last years event then make sure you do not miss this one as it will be an amazing fun filled day.  Fairies, Glitter, Wands and Fun for those who missed last years event to get an idea of what you missed out on.

Just like last year, this event is FREE admission so if you are looking for something fun to do, then grab your glitter, your tutu, wand and wings and come on down and see the magic of the St Lawrence Park.  Rain or Shine the Fairies will be dancing and having fun. (most vendors have tents and bring your umbrella just in case)

The Arts And Crafts Savoir Faire

sparklingexpressions attended the Spring edition of the Arts and Crafts Savoir Faire in Aylmer Quebec this weekend and what a show it was. If you have not had the pleasure of attending any of their past events then keep an eye out on their website for future planned events. This event showcases some of the top crafts and local vendors, highlighting many diverse products, crafts and wares. The next event will be this coming Autumn. sparklingexpressions was on hand sharing a booth with TEAroma ~ THÉaroma. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to meet and share our products with everyone who stopped by and to have the opportunity to meet all the wonderful vendors and crafters in the area.

The craft show had a wide variety of jewelry, hand crafted soaps, paintings, handbags and quilts, special outfits made for puppies and dogs, to retro crafts, hats and more,  to yummy tasting treats and squares as well as pure honey and ice cold, made on the spot, Iced tea's from TEAroma. What better way to spend an afternoon out!
